Assistance/Tuition Reimbursement
- On pre-approved accredited courses, ECD/HOPE will reimburse
employees 100% of tuition, fees and books for job related courses
up to a maximum of $2500.00 annually.
- Participants must receive a "B" or better to be eligible for
reimbursement.
Vacation
- Paid time off for vacation is provided by ECD/HOPE.
- Employees are encouraged to take time off for recreation and
relaxation, and return to work refreshed and invigorated.
Personal Days
- Personal days allow eligible employees to use paid leave for
personal business, emergencies, or to observe other important
days or holidays of their choosing.
Paid Holidays
- ECD/HOPE offers nine paid holidays: New Year's Day, Martin
Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following, Christmas Day and the
day before or after as designated by the company.
Sick Leave
- Accrued sick time replaces income for eligible employees when
work is missed due to an illness of the employee or an immediate
family member, and/or doctor's appointments.
