Paid Holidays

• ECD/HOPE offers nine paid holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following, Christmas Day and the day before or after as designated by the company.

Sick Leave

• Accrued sick time replaces income for eligible employees when work is missed due to an illness of the employee or an immediate family member, and/or doctor's appointments.
