HOPENet Features and Benefits

The enhanced version of HOPENet Online Banking offers you all the great features you’ve come to love plus some wonderful new options to make managing your money even easier. It’s also packaged in a new layout that is very easy to understand and quick to navigate.

Here are the new features you’ll get with the upgrade:

  • Unified Login – Now the HOPE Mobile Banking user name and password work for HOPENet Online.
  • Smart Money PFM – Our free Personal Financial Manager (PFM) tool lets you create budgets, track spending, and create financial goals that are all tracked automatically. You can import your accounts from many other financial institutions, as well. Learn more by trying our customized demo site.
  • Check Deposits – It’s easy to deposit a check without coming to the branch. Simply select the account you want to use to receive a deposit, enter the check amount, upload the front and back images from a check, and submit it.
  • Branch/ATM Locator – If you do need a HOPE or shared branch or ATM, HOPENet can help you find it quickly.

You’ll still get all the features you’ve come to expect:

  • View Transaction Histories/Check Account Balances
  • Transfer Funds – Move money from one HOPE account to another.
  • E-Statement Interface – View your statements and other important account documents securely online.
  • Bill Payment – Send money to a business or an individual without writing a check or licking a stamp.
  • Account Alerts – Set notifications to receive a text message when certain activity occurs on your account.
  • Account/Loan Application – Open another account or apply for a loan online with our quick and easy form.

Hope Credit Union Expands into Southwest Little Rock

LITTLE ROCK, AR – Hope Enterprise Corporation and Hope Credit Union (HOPE) celebrated the grand opening of its newest location at 8411 Interstate 30 in Southwest Little Rock on Thursday, June 2. The new full service location expands on HOPE’s existing presence, a program office housing a commercial lender since 2006 and a branch in College Station since 2008, and offers area residents access to checking and savings accounts, auto loans and credit cards, mortgages and small business loans. Anyone who supports the mission of HOPE, to improve the quality of life for low-income and low-wealth individuals in the Mid South, may join the credit union to take advantage of the benefits of membership. “We are excited to open our newest branch in Southwest Little Rock, a diverse and growing community filled with opportunity,” said HOPE CEO Bill Bynum. “We are grateful to our long time partners the Winthrop Rockefeller Foundation, NeighborWorks® America and Regions Bank for their ongoing generosity and support to make this day possible.” Since 2008, HOPE has expanded from 7 to 27 locations – many of which are located in communities where few affordable banking options exist. HOPE serves 30,000 members, one out of three of whom were unbanked when they joined. Through July 31, 2016, HOPE will feature special offers to help make it more affordable for people to become members. The credit union will waive the monthly fee on all checking accounts for six months and the application fee on personal loans. HOPE offers checking and savings accounts, consumer and mortgage loans and commercial lending services. The Little Rock branch is open Monday – Thursday 9am – 4pm and Friday 9am – 6pm. HOPE Cuts Ribbon on New Orleans Charter School

HOPE Mortgage Originator Glynniece Smith, a graduate of NOLA’s McDonogh 42, holds a painting the school’s student presented to HOPE. Note that the owl, the school’s mascot, is carrying an olive branch just like the HOPE dove! New Orleans, LA (August 19, 2015) – Hope Enterprise Corporation (HOPE) celebrated the re-opening of McDonogh 42, a charter school located in New Orleans’ 7th Ward following significant damage incurred from Hurricane Katrina. Through the New Markets Tax Credit Program, HOPE provided $6 million in financing for the school’s $23 million rehabilitation.
