Any individual is eligible to join ECD/HOPE. To do so you need to complete the ECD/HOPE application form, pay a membership fee of $10 and make the initial minimum deposit. Once you've joined you are eligible to apply for any of HOPE's products and services including paperless checking, money market, consumer loans, mortgage loans and commercial loans.

If you wish to make a deposit in HOPE, but don't wish to join please complete the non-member deposit application.

$5 of your membership fee is a contribution to ECD, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, and is tax deductible.
