You must sign up as a user if you want to access the features of the HOPENet service. There are two ways to become a registered user:
You may call 1-866-321-HOPE (4673) and let us enroll you.
You may Enroll yourself:
Required Information:
You will need to provide certain information about yourself and your accounts regardless of which registration method you choose. To complete the sign up process, you will need:
- Your Member Number - Your member number is a 10-digit number that can be found on your most recent statement. (Example: Member No. 0001234567)
- Your Account Type - You will be asked to choose from a menu of account types
NOTE: You will need to add an underscore (_) and 0000 to the end of your member number. (Example: Member Number + Underscore + 0000 = 0001234567_0000)
To Register:
1. Go to the secure log in homepage and click
on Enroll for Internet Banking
2. Put in your Account Number in the correct format. Your
correctly formatted account number consists of your 10-digit member
number + underscore + 0000. For example: 0005091234_0000
3. Pick the correct account type from the pull down menu box
4. Enter your first and last name,
click Continue
5. You will be asked to choose a security question, pick a security image, and create a pass phrase.
6. Enter your email address
Your temporary password will be sent to the email address you provided.
You will need to change your temporary password. The first time you log into the system using your temporary password you will be automatically prompted to change your password at that time.
NOTE: You will need to choose an on-line password that is at least 6 characters long and has at least one upper case letter one lower case letter and one number. Example "Hope12". Once you are enrolled, your user id number will be your Member number.
