HOPE Mobile – User Guide – Account Summary

NOTE: The upgraded version of our mobile app was ready sooner than scheduled, so we haven’t had an opportunity to update all the guides yet.  They will still be very helpful and any differences you see between the examples shown here and the new version will ones you can quickly and easily identify.

You’ll probably use this are a lot to see most of the activity in your accounts.

• The “Account Summary” shows all of the HOPE accounts you have under the member number you are using to access the app.
• You can search for transactions in any available account by type, payee, amount, or date in the search bar.

• You can choose the arrow on the right side of each account to get an overview of that account, rename the account, or hide it from your list.

• By selecting one of the available accounts, the app will load transaction data for that account at the bottom of the list.

• You can see more information about listed transactions by using the arrows on the right side of the register to expand or collapse transaction details.
