Spectrum Community Investment Loan Fund

HOPE has a special program that is providing loans to local businesses that provide goods and services meeting the core needs of financially underserved areas in Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee.¹ The funding is made possible by a $3 million investment from Charter Communications, Inc., in HOPE (Hope Enterprise Corporation/Hope Credit Union).

Charter’s investment will be combined with additional capital from other sources and to lead to the creation of hundreds of new jobs in underserved communities throughout Alabama, Kentucky, and Tennessee. $1 million of the investment is dedicated for Kentucky communities within Charter’s footprint.
