Again, we are very sorry for any difficulties the outage may have caused. Conversion Update – 3/30/18 – 6:14 PM We are aware that a number of Tri-Rivers debit cards have not been working after the data conversion conversion process was started. We are sorry for any inconvenience and the frustration we know this can cause. We are working diligently with all of our vendors to resolve the issue as quickly as we possibly can. Conversion Update – 3/19/18 The merger between the former Tri-Rivers Federal Credit Union (Tri-Rivers) and Hope Credit Union (HOPE) is nearing completion. As we prepare for systems conversion on March 30, 2018, there are a few important things you need to know. New Member Number You will have a new member number starting on April 1, 2018. You should to update this number for any direct deposits that are currently being made to your account. Items you have set up to be automatically paid will continue to work without taking any action. Your new member number will be delivered by mail. New ATM, Debit, and Credit Cards Members who currently have a Tri-Rivers ATM, debit or credit card will be receiving a new version of that card to use with your HOPE account. Be sure to update your card information with any merchants who automatically charge your card for recurring expenses. Continue using your current card until you receive your new HOPE card. When you receive the new card, you should activate and begin using it immediately and then destroy your current card. ATM and transaction limits may apply with your current card after 1:00 p.m. on March 30. Contact the branch if you have questions or need assistance before the new card arrives. Electronic Services The Tri-Rivers online banking, telephone banking, and web payment center services will no longer be available after noon on Friday, March 30. Be sure to download any account information you would like to keep prior to that time. You will be able to sign up for HOPE’s great selection of convenience services after 6:00 a.m. on April 1. Learn more and check out the convenient user guides at https://hopecu.org/convenience. Temporary Branch Closure As part of the systems conversion, the Montgomery branch will close at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 30, and remain closed for the rest of the day.
