Healthcare Financing

HOPE supports medical service providers in rural and low-income communities by providing financing for community health centers and rural hospitals, helping them expand access to quality healthcare in underserved areas across the region.

Beyond traditional financing, HOPE also uses New Markets Tax Credits to finance community facilities and businesses that support economic development, job creation, and the expansion of essential community services – such as quality health care. A notable example of this work is Tippah County Hospital, a project in which HOPE directed New Markets Tax Credits to support the replacement of an aging facility to significantly expand health care in North Mississippi.
